We are located at 59 Merriam Ave in Leominster. There are two buildings on the property, and we are on the first floor of the front building. Parking is available in a small lot to the right of the building as well as in the public parking garage across the street.

Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and ensures our staff can optimize their schedules. 

Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will require a credit card on file to rebook. Failure to provide the required notice for a second time will result in a fee of 20% of the total treatment cost.  No shows will be terminated from the practice without notice. 

We accept cash, Venmo and all major credit cards. 

Payment for all individual treatments is due when services are rendered, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. 

Monthly payment plans are also available within the Alle app via Cherry financing. Quotes are instant, with no hard credit check, and are valid for 90 days. Interest rates start at 0%.

‍We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. 

‍Yes gift certificates are available! Because our hours vary and to ensure someone is in the office, please message or call us at 978-273-9655 prior to stopping in for a gift certificate. 

We understand that beginning your skincare journey can be daunting, which is why we offer complimentary consultations. This is a great way for you to discuss your skincare concerns and goals prior to committing to specific treatments or products. 

Neurotoxin treatments typically last between three- four months. For best results, it is recommended to be treated four times a year.

Dermal filler longevity depends on the product used and area treated- with results lasting between six months to two years. 

Sculptra treatments last approximately two years.

Sometimes there are certain medical conditions that make people unsuitable for particular treatments. While it is best to have a discussion with your aesthetic provider, please review the following contraindications: 

Botox:

·  Pregnancy or breastfeeding

·  Neuromuscular conditions (e.g. Myasthenia Gravis)

·  Being treated with aminoglycoside antibiotics such as Streptomycin, Neomycin, or Gentamycin

Filler:

·  Pregnancy or breastfeeding

·  Dental work within two weeks

·  Vaccinations within two weeks

·  Bleeding disorders

·  Active infection

Perfect Derma Peel:

·  Pregnancy or breastfeeding

·  Liver disease

·  Autoimmune disease

·  Allergy to aspirin, hydroquinone, or phenol

·  Accutane within six months

·  Active cold sores or areas of infection

·  Chemotherapy or radiation within six months

Collagen Induction Therapy:

·  Active acne, cold sores, or skin infections

·  Eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea

·  History of keloid scarring

·  Immunosuppressed patients

·  Bleeding disorders

Dermaplaning:

·  Accutane within six months

·  Active skin infections, sunburns, or cold sores
